ABOUT

This website provides a freely-available resource to encourage readers and learners to engage with South African literature.

The website hosts video lectures by academic experts; teacher toolkits aimed at supporting 16-18 year old learners; and three separate podcast series: one by students, one for teachers of the English A-Level, and one general interest.

This website emerges in association with research conducted as part of the South African Modernism 1880-2020 project, and has been generously funded by the AHRC.
